Starting March 1, 2025, we will be adjusting our rates. We are indexing our prices to ensure we can continue providing excellent service and further develop our offerings. This way, we can keep playing a key role in making mobility more sustainable and creating a better living environment together with you.

What Will Change?

  • Adjustment of Usage Rates
    Many costs, such as vehicles, services, and wages, continue to rise. As a result, we will adjust our usage rates accordingly from March 1, 2025.

  • Minivan Moves to a Different Vehicle ClassThe purchase price of our Minivans (such as the Citroën Berlingo, Renault Kangoo, and Toyota Pro-Ace with 5 seats) has increased significantly in recent years. To continue covering the usage costs of these vehicles, they will be moved from vehicle class M to vehicle class L. 
    -> New name: "L Minivan" (labels will be updated in February)
    -> The M-MinivanCargo (with 2 seats) will remain in price class M—ideal for small moves or trips to the recycling center.
