When you make a reservation, you will receive a confirmation in your mailbox. You will also be able to see the reservation details in the cambioApp. These include the chosen station, time and car class.
Half an hour before your reservation starts, you can look up the specific car that is assigned to you ("S1", "S2", "M1", ...) in the App and Mycambio.
There are some exceptions where you get the car number right away anyway:
- Reservations for electric cars: When booking you have to indicate how many kilometers you will drive. A specific vehicle will be booked for you, so you don't have to worry about the range of the battery.
- Longer reservations: reservations of minimum 5 days are assigned immediately, giving you peace of mind before you start a long trip.
- If there is only one car of your type at your station: we can of course tell you immediately which car you can leave with.
