Parking rules for cambio cars

With each cambio car from Aalst, you can park for free and without time limit on the entire territory of the city of Aalst, including in paid parking zones.

With each cambio car from Aarschot, you can park for free and without time limit in the entire territory of the city of Aarschot. 

Exception: not in paid parking zones.

With each cambio car from Antwerp, you can park for free and without time limit on the entire territory of the city of Antwerp, including in paid parking zones, blue zones and parking spaces for residents.

In Arlon, the normal parking regulations apply to all our cars.

With a cambio car from Blankenberge, you can NOT park for free and without time limit in Blankenberge, except at the cambio station.

Please note: there is a weekly market on the Grote Markt. You may therefore never park your cambio car there after your trip.

With each cambio car from Bruges, you can park for free and without time limit on the entire territory of the city of Bruges.

Exception: not in the following streets: Ezelstraat, Geldmuntstraat, Gentpoortstraat, Hoogstraat, Katelijnestraat, Langestraat, Mallebergplaats, Mariastraat, Noordzandstraat, Philipstockstraat, Steenstraat, Vlamingstraat and Zuidzandstraat.

A car from Brussels has the following parking rights in Brussels:
You can park your car for free and without time limit in the blue, grey and green zones.
However, you have to pay for parking in the red, orange and yellow (delivery) zones.

The cambio cars from Brussels all have a parking card that is valid on the entire territory of the Brussels-Capital Region. This parking card is electronic and linked to the license plate of the car.

To know which zone you are in, you can check the parking meter or the signs. You can also find the zones on an interactive map.

As far as the cambio stations are concerned, there is one exception:
Station Midi / Zuid: the parking card is located in the badge holder that is flexibly attached to the ventilation grid left of the steering wheel. With this card, you can get in and out of the parking lot. Has the card disappeared? Then you need to stop by the parking attendant who is located next to the parking entrance.

In Charleroi, the normal parking regulations apply to all our cars.

Attention :   "CHARLEROI-GARE" cambio-station  is located in supervised car parks that are property of the SNCB.  You can use the badge to get in and out of the car park. This badge is attached to the ventilation grid left of the steering wheel. Just put the badge in front of the terminal when entering or leaving.

Important notice: It is important to use the badge at all times, even if the barrier is open. Never take a parking ticket! If any difficulties occur, please contact our reservation center at 02/505.40.40.

In Ciney, the normal parking regulations apply to all our cars.

With each cambio car from De Pinte, you can park for free and without time limit on the entire territory of the city of De Pinte.

Exception: not in blue zones (display your parking disc) and parking spaces for residents.

With each cambio car from Deinze, you can park for free and without time limit on the entire territory of the city of Deinze.

With each cambio car from Dendermonde, you can park for free and unlimited on the entire territory of the city of Dendermonde.

With each cambio car from Diepenbeek, you can park for free and without time limit on the entire territory of the town of Diepenbeek, including in paid parking zones and blue zones.

With each cambio car from Diest, you can park for free and without time limit on the entire territory of the citycenter of Diest, including in paid parking zones, blue zones and parking spaces for residents.

With a cambio car from Dilbeek, you can NOT park for free and without time limit in Dilbeek, except at the cambio station. In blue zones you have to display your parking disc.

With a cambio car from Eeklo, you can NOT park for free and without time limit in Eeklo, except at the cambio station. 

With each cambio car from Geel, you can park for free and without time limit in the entire territory of the city Geel.

Exception: not in the citycenter - and parkings:  Stationsstraat, Werft,  Veldstraat, Diestseweg, Kollegestraat,  Billemontstraat, Lebonstraat and on the Station square. 
In the Nieuwstraat and Pas there is no paid parking but is limited to a max of 30 minutes using a ticket or using a "Geels halfuurtje" parking card. Do not forget to display the parkingdisc in the blue zone.

In Gembloux, the normal parking regulations apply to all our cars.

With each cambio car from Genk, you can park for free and without time limit on the entire territory of the city of Genk, including in paid parking zones.

Exception: not in parking garages like Q-Park Stadsplein, Q-Park Shopping 1, Parking Shopping 2, Parking Shopping 3, Q-Park Sint-Martinus, Parking Portavida, and Molenvijver M-Hotel.

With each cambio car from Ghent, you can park for free and without time limit on the entire territory of the city of Ghent, including in paid parking zones, blue zones and parking spaces for residents.

Exception: not in shopping area (commercial zone) and on short-term parking zones.
 

With each cambio car from Grimbergen, you can park for free and without time limit on the entire territory of the town of Grimbergen, including in paid parking zones.

Exception: not in blue zones (display your parking disc).

With each cambio car from Harelbeke, you can park for free and without time limit on the entire territory of the city of Harelbeke, including in paid parking zones.

Exception: not in blue zones (display your parking disc).

With each cambio car from Hasselt, you can park for free and without time limit on the entire territory of the city of Hasselt, including in paid parking zones from 4 p.m. untill 10 a.m. and in blue zones.

Please note: no free parking and without time limit between 10 a.m. and 4 p.m.

Exception: the cambio cars from station Thonissenlaan, Maastrichterpoort, Leopoldsplein and PXL Guffenslaan have a parking permit for 'payment zone Center' which allows them to park under the same conditions as residents of the parking zone in which the car is parked (see overview of resident parking via hasselt.be).

With a cambio car from Herentals, you can NOT park for free and without time limit in Herentals, except at the cambio station. 

With each cambio car from Hoeilaart, you can park for free and without time limit on the entire territory of the city of Hoeilaart.

Exception: not in blue zones (display your parking disc).

With each cambio car from Kampenhout, you can park for free and without time limit on the entire territory of the town of Kampenhout. 

With each cambio car from Keerbergen, you can park for free and without time limit on the entire territory of the town of Keerbergen.

With each cambio car from Kortrijk, you can park for free and without time limit on the entire territory of the city of Kortrijk, including in paid parking zones and parking spaces for residents.

Exception: not on P30 parking spaces (= Shop & Go zones: max. 30 minutes).
 

With each cambio car from Leuven, you can park for free and without time limit on the entire territory of the city of Leuven, including in paid parking zones.

Exception: not on short-term parking and shop & go parking.
 

In Liège, the normal parking regulations apply to all our cars.

Attention :   "GUILLEMINS-GARE" and "PLAN-INCLINÉ" cambio-stations are located in supervised car parks that are property of the SNCB.  You can use the badge to get in and out of the car park. This badge is attached to the ventilation grid left of the steering wheel. Just put the badge in front of the terminal when entering or leaving.

With each cambio car from Lier, you can park for free and without time limit on the entire territory of the city of Lier in zone 3 and 5 and in the blue zone.

Exception: not in these zones: paid zone 1 and 2, the red and orange zone (take a ticket).
 

With each cambio car from Lokeren, you can park for free and without time limit on the territory of the city of Lokeren, including in paid parking zones and blue zones.

Exception: not in the red parking zone (Markt, Groentemarkt, Kerkstraat and Stationsstraat). 

Please note: You can only park on the cambio station at the Stationsplein, because there's a weekly market on the Stationplein on Sundays.

With each cambio car from Mechelen, you can park for free and without time limit on the entire territory of the city of Mechelen, including in paid parking zones and parking spaces for residents.

Exception: not in these commercial streets: Sint-Katelijnestraat - Steenweg - Befferstraat - Veemarkt - Keizerstraat - Veemarkt - Biest - IJzerenleen + streets, As Hoogstraat - Korenmarkt - Guldenstraat zone (Bruul - Geitestraat - Blauwhondstraat - Borzestraat - Schaal-straat - Botermarkt - Désiré Boucherystraat - Hallestraat - Grote Markt), As Onze-Lieve-Vrouwestraat - Hanswijkstraat, As Hendrik consiencestraat - Kardinaal Mercierplein - Graaf van Egmontstraat - Vijfhoek Sint-Katelijnestraat - Sint-Romboutskerkhof (piece between Sint-Katelijnestraat and Minderbroedersgang, side TSM - Onder den Toren - Steenweg).
 

With a cambio car from Merelbeke, you can NOT park for free and without time limit in Merelbeke, except at the cambio station. 

Cambio cars can park for free in Mons in all pay zones (orange, yellow, green and red zone).

NOTE: In the blue zone, the disc is mandatory.

NOTE: Parking is not allowed in Residents' and PMR spaces. For ‘Quick parking’ spaces, the same rules apply as for other users. The maximum parking time is 30 minutes.

With each cambio car from Mortsel, you can park for free and without time limit on the entire territory of the city of Mortsel, including in paid parking zones and parking spaces for residents.

In Namur, the normal parking regulations apply to all our cars.

With each cambio car from Oostende, you can park for free and without time limit on the entire territory of the city of Oostende, including in paid parking zones, grey and pink zones, and parking spaces for residents.

In Ottignies Louvain-la-Neuve, the normal parking regulations apply to all our cars.

With each cambio car from Oudenaarde, you can park for free and without limit in time on the entire territory of the city of Oudenaarde, including in paid parking zones and blue zones.

Exception: not in short-term parking zones (max. 15 minutes) and in Shop&Go zones (max. 30 minutes).

With each cambio car from Roeselare, you can park for free and without time limit on the entire territory of the city of Roeselare, including in paid parking zones and parking spaces for residents.

With each cambio car from Rotselaar, you can park for free and without time limit on the entire territory of the town of Rotselaar.

With each cambio car from Sint-Niklaas, you can park for free and without time limit on the entire territory of the city of Sint-Niklaas, including in paid parking zones and parking spaces for residents.

With a cambio car from Sint-Truiden, you can NOT park for free and without time limit in Sint-Truiden, except at the cambio station. 

With each cambio car from Tervuren, you can park for free and without time limit in the neighbourhood of the park in the municipality of Tervuren, including in paid parking zones and blue zones.

Exception: in the commercial center you can park for free from 5 p.m. untill 9 a.m. in the paid parking zone.

With each cambio car from Tielt , you can park for free and without time limit on the entire territory of the town of Tielt.

With any cambio car from Tienen, you can park for free and without time limit in the area around the park in Tienen, including in zones with paid parking and blue zones.

In Tournai, the normal parking regulations apply to all our cars.

With each cambio car from Turnhout, you can park for free and without time limit on the entire territory of the city of Turnhout, including in paid parking zones and blue zones.

In Verviers, the normal parking regulations apply to all our cars.

With each cambio car from Vilvoorde, you can park for free and without time limit on the entire territory of the city of Vilvoorde, including in paid parking zones and blue zones.

In Wavre, the normal parking regulations apply to all our cars.

With each cambio car from Westerlo, you can park for free and without time limit on the entire territory of the municipality of Westerlo.
