Can I extend, shorten or cancel a reservation?

Yes, definitely, using the cambioApp, via mycambio or by calling the reservation center. Keep some rules in mind:

Extend

Always request an extension before the end of your reservation.

• Option 1:  There is no reservation by another cambio member following your ride: you can prolong your reservation at no extra cost.
• Option 2:  The car you are driving has been reserved by another member after you: you may only prolong your reservation if it is absolutely necessary. We will charge you an additional 15 euros (+ administration costs) to compensate those who are disadvantaged by your delay.

Shorten or cancel

• Up to 24h before the start of your reservation you may shorten or cancel your reservation for free.
• Within 24h of the start of your reservation or during your reservation, the cancelled time is billed at cancellation tariff (30% of the normal hourly tariff).
