Due to a power cut in Germany, our services are severely disrupted. If you have  abooking today, we do our best to help you open the car

  • Does your reserved car has a card reader? Then you can open (and close) the car with your cambio card. 
  • Is your car a 100% App car? Then you will not be able to open the car with your App. Luckily, customer service can help you open the car from a distance. Call our customer service when you are at your reserved car (Flanders: +32 9 242 32 17 - Brussels: +32 2 227 93 02 - Wallonia: +32 81 62 50 91).
