Inclement weather in Germany caused a power outage at the cambio headquarters on Sunday, June 30th, around 11 a.m., which affected some crucial technical components. This caused several technical issues earlier this week.

In the meantime, the situation is under control and almost everything is working normally again.

Existing reservations

  • Reservation confirmations by email are not sent. Check the App to see which car is reserved for you.

CambioApp

  • It is possible again to log in (or log back in) to the cambioApp. A reset of your password is only possible via customer service.

Registrations

  • Registering online as a new client is possible, but due to the backlog it might take a little longer before your registration is fully completed. You will receive a confirmation of this via email.
